Responsible for:
Implementing the merchandise presentation standards and signage of the lodge departments to meet Company standards and maximize profits
Ensuring that all firearm and ammunition transactions are processed according to the Federal Government requirements and Company standardsGeneral Sports Sales Leader
Responsible for:
Implementing the merchandise presentation standards and signage of the general sports department to meet Company standards and maximize profits
Supporting Company standards of selling and customer serviceApparel Sales Leader
Responsible for:
Implementing the merchandise presentation standards and signage of the apparel department to meet Company standards and maximize profits
Supporting Company standards of selling and customer serviceFootwear Sales Leader
Responsible for:
Implementing the merchandise presentation standards and signage of the footwear department to meet Company standards and maximize profits
Supporting Company standards of selling and customer serviceFront End Sales Leader
Responsible for:
Ensuring that customer lines are minimized, directing flow of customers and ensuring that each customer receives outstanding customer service
Authorizing and ensuring the validity of customer returns, exchanges, check authorizations, voids and associate purchases according to Company policy and procedures
Implementing the merchandise presentation standards of the Front End area to maximize profits
Complying with gun manual procedures and approving firearm purchases in compliance with Federal ATF regulations
Complying with cash office procedures, including daily deposit preparation and cashier balancingFreight Flow Sales Leader
Responsible for:
Supervising the freight flow processing function including shipping/receiving, transfers, RTV’s, claims, key recs, claim processing and misdirected freight processing
Maintaining the receiving and stock areas
Supervising the maintenance crew to ensure acceptable standards are maintained for the overall upkeep of the building
Assisting the store management team with general supervision in the store in accordance with Company policies and procedures including opening and closing the store and Front End coverage as assigned
Skills required for Sales Leader Positions:
Ability to meet the Federal requirements for handling and processing firearm transactions by successfully completing a background checkAdministrative Assistant
Maintain payroll records
Administer new hire paperwork
Enter daily sales data
Basic administration duties
Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Consistently promoting company programs including warranty sales, scorecard, private label credit card, etc.
