Retail Manager / Food Service

Unit Description: N.A.U. /Sodexho is looking for a Retail Food Manager at our Java.com Cafe' which is a 24 hour starbucks deli and freshens smoothie concept. This is a High volume cafe'. Best qualified candidate would have coffee background and retail experience and able to supervise staff with excellent customer skills and the ability to control costs.Position Summary:
Maintains food quality and customer service in a cash handling retail food operation that includes branded concepts, in-house formats and signature designs. May assume GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Assists in maintenance of cash control and payroll records. Assists in supporting the financial/HR functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.Basic Education Requirement:
