As a Restaurant Manager for Red Lobster, you will be expected to have:

A High School Degree

3 year proven record of success in a full service casual dinning environment
3 Full years as a manager

Responsible for 25+ Employees

Experience with $2,000,000 + in annual sales

Full Service Bar Experience

Success in a High Volume Quality Dining environment
