The Applebees concept combines quick service, convenience and value with the adult atmosphere, menu variety and beverages associates with full service dining. Apple Sauce, Inc was founded in 1992 and currently manages the operation of 40 Applebees Restaurants. Our company was founded over 29 years ago and has steadily grown in size and diversity, currently operating 76 Applebees Restaurants in Chicago, Northern Indiana, Northwestern Ohio and Southern Florida. The corporate headquarters is located in Crestview Hills, Kentucky with satellite offices in Ft. Wayne (Apple Sauce), Chicago (AppleIllinois) and Miami Florida.
