Wendy's Is Now Hiring Restaurant Managers!
WENDY'S Crystal Restaurant Management is a franchise of Wendy’s. We operate 8 restaurants, 7 in Rhode Island and 1 in Massachusetts. We are currently adding management personnel to our locations and offer several different levels of management positions.
Most of our management works a 5 day schedule at 9 hours per day. We offer competitive compensation and a benefits package. We place a great deal of importance in maintaining a balance between hard work and a quality of life. We traditionally have low turnover in our managers with many having over 10 years of tenure. We are proud of them and their accomplishments.
