WilcoHess is a growing Wendy's franchise; we operate 45 restaurants throughout six states. Our concepts include: Wendy's, Dairy Queen, Arby's, Bojangles, Subway and Godfathers Pizza.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be expected to do the following:


Work as a part of the Restaurant Management team to meet sales goals

Manage all controllable expenses (food, labor, and paper cost)

Oversee employees, so that you maximize retention

Provide proper training and development to ensure compliance with company standards

Ensure proper execution of company operating policies and procedures

Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability as well as order products as needed

Maintain all employee files, payroll records, and other company records.

Perform all other job-related duties as necessary.li>
