Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities include: Effectively and efficiently manage a NPC owned restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure customer satisfactions and profit maximization.

Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food supplies, and developing your restaurant team.

Ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met.

Controls P&L by flowing cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.

Recruits, interviews, and hires quality team members, conducts performance appraisals, takes disciplinary action and motivates and trains the team.

Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of preventive maintenance program.

Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.

Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs.

Ensures a safe working and customer experience and environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team.
REQUIREMENTS
Good oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.

Basic personal computer literacy.

High school, College or University Degree Preferred.

Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail enviroment, including P&L responsibility.
