Oversee frontline operations by managing day to day functions within the command desk in the areas of call routing and management of off phone activities in the call center.

Provide ongoing supervision to Resource Planning team. Monitor, evaluate and drive behaviors to meet defined service level goals. Coach and provide guidance in career and skills development. Ensure focus on defined goals by driving awareness, promoting decision-making and encouraging pro-active measures to meet within the team and communicate with management service impacting issues. Manage team schedules ensuring adequate coverage. Perform Coordinator functions as needed up to and including coverage for vacation and unplanned time off.

Participate in site supervisor meetings representing the Resource Planning team to impart and receive information relative to customer care operations. Be an active participant in driving process improvements and efficiencies.Job Requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of call center systems, processes and procedures. Experience coaching and development of staff. Strong decision making skills. Ability to work in a fast paced high stress environment. Flexibility in work schedule.

Post High School or specialize training: College BA/BS degree

3-5 years prior customer service experience. Excellent decision making skills. Mimimum 2 years prior supervisory/coaching experience. Experience motivating teams in fast paced environment.
