High Volume Regional Sales Manager - Fast Track
Macy’s Fine Jewelry - Houston, TXFinlay Fine Jewelry is the world's leader in the leased fine jewelry business. We are a rapidly growing company with over 900 stores in the majority of the finer department store chains throughout the United States. Our success is highly dependent upon our multi-faceted Regional Managers. We currently have a Regional Manager opportunity at our Macy’s South Fine Jewelry division located throughout Houston, TX. This person will be responsible for driving sales for the fine jewelry departments in the multiple stores. This is a highly visible position within our company and will require a person with a positive, outgoing leadership style to fit in to our team-oriented environment. We believe that teamwork, training, development and internal promotions are the key to success as a company and especially for our sales and management teams.This is a Fast Track position. Finlay trains in a specific location, then places this individual either permanently where needed or can move them anywhere across the country.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have a successful retail management background of at least five or more years and have experience in multi-unit management. This includes a successful recruiting strategy, the motivation to teach and use our selling standards, good communication and follow up skills and most importantly, a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. This person must be able to transfer that success to this district. This is achieved by motivating branch managers, developing sales staff, establishing the highest quality of customer service, monitoring security compliance and performing regular branch visits.
