Regional Restaurant Facilities Manager

Hardee's, a leader in the quick serve restaurant industry and a subsidiary of CKE Restaurants, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Restaurant Facilities Manager servicing company operated restaurants in our Regions of South Carolina and Georgia..The candidate will be responsible for managing the repair and maintenance program within departmental guidelines for company. Candidate will implement and manage budgeting, buildings, equipment, HVAC/refrigeration, lighting and preventative maintenance programs. Will manage outside vendors/contractors functions. This position will report to the Director of Facilities and Construction.
REQUIREMENTS
* 5-10 years experience in equipment and facilities corrective and preventative maintenance and scheduling, preferably in the food industry. * A thorough working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC/refrigeration, ice machines, carpentry, painting, mechanical repair and energy management and food processing equipment * Maintenance planning and scheduling * Demonstrated maintenance administration and management capabilities * Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) Please send resume and salary history to e-mail address above.
