Regional Property Manager

Great opportunity to manage institutional quality multifamily assets without the need to visit the corporate office on a daily basis. Territory includes Temecula, Murrieta, Rancho Bernardo and parts of San Diego. Great overall work environment with entrepunerial, multifamily development firm. People orientated leadership and great industry reputation. Responsibilities can vary however initial portfolio could range between 5-7 assets or 12-1500 units once acclimated to the company.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years multi site experience managing institutional quality assets with a minimum portfolio count of 5-7 assets and 1000-1500 units. Must be verse with computer, related software and internet. Degree and CPM a plus. Mixed use and urban experience also helpful. Must be able to interact with instituitonal owners and provide asset strategy.
