Regional Director of Operations-Assisted Living

Assisted Living Concepts, a leader in the assited living industry, operates over 200 assisted living communities throughout the United States. We are seeking a Regional Director of Opeations for our Midwest Region covering WI, MI and MN.
The Regional Director of Operations has direct responsibility for sixteen assisted living residences in three states.

Essential functions include:

1. Assure the availablility of qualifed, appropriately trained management staff

2.Assure that operations policies and procedures are implemented and followed at each residence.

3. Momitor residences to assure residents are appropraitely assessed and reciveing appropiate services.

4. Assure a high degree of customer satisfactionin all residences.

5.Assist Residence Directors with developement of marketing plans and schedules.

6. Responsible for the financial performace of the residences. Conduct regular reviews of financial statements to achieve assigned residences' financial objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
3 to 5 years assisted living experince or other areas of long term care or healthcare related to the geriatric population, and three years of management experience.
