Regional Director of Clinical Services

The Regional Director of Clinical Services (RDCS) oversees the development and implementation of state-of-the-art clinical programs throughout the "continuum of care" in an assigned region in accordance with all laws, regulations and LCC standards. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and providing training and support for nursing management in the region. Requires traveling to our buildings in Tucson, Sierra Vista and Phoenix.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will possess:

*Current RN licensure
*Nursing management experience
*State and JCAHO survey experience pref'd
*Strong clinical skills
*Assess patient care management systems
*Oversight of assigned facility DONs
*2+ years experience as Director of Nursing in Long Term Care
*Must be willing to travel
