Rush-Copley is seeking a seasoned professional who will be responsible for working collaboratively with all hospital departments, to establish consistent and accurate maintenance of all facets of the charge description master. Responsibilities include leading special projects, enhancing charge capture & reconciliation, serving as education resource in the area of Medicare/Medicaid & other third party billing regulations, and for monitoring/resolving billing denials caused by the chargemaster. BA and 5+ years of hospital billing or coding experience, an ability to work independently and within a team setting, excellent communication, analytical and computer skills required.
