Manage a division Quality Management System compliant with commercial, government and customer requirements such as ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949Assures that customer complaints are addressed expeditiously and appropriate root cause and corrective action are provided to the customer and implemented within the process. Contributes to maintaining strong positive working relationships with customers and suppliers.Coordinate Process Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D and Customer Service activities in division-wide damage reduction and continuous improvement efforts. Activities include the use of Six Sigma techniques, including Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Shainin problem solving.Maintain effectiveness of the Product Planning process.Coordinate QA inspection activities that include maintaining testing equipment, supplies, test accuracy, and acceptable test turn-around times.Develop and lead Quality Systems personnel (includes salaried and hourly production personnel).

BS in a Technical field (i.e. Engineering, Science, etc.)5 years professional engineering experience3 years related supervisory experienceExperience w/ SPC and ISO registrationDemonstrated verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical skillsCommitment to continuous improvement and coaching skills for teams and individuals.Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
