Quality Management Specialist (Autonomous role!)

We seek a self-directed professional with strong multitasking abilities and great leadership skills for this autonomous position. This is a highly visible role in which you would be working alongside a great team that works very well together.
Primary responsibilities include:
Managing Quality Improvement relationships with health plan clients
Serving as the primary contact for any necessary reports and missing data, which can include quarterly reports and status updates
Supporting our efforts to secure and maintain NCQA accreditation
Performing necessary data collection and interpreting data for our company and our clients
Assisting with the facilitation of the quality program through committee work and documentation
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in IT, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Health Administration or a related field is required. Experience with Quality Improvement issues is essential, as is a background in behavioral health care within a managed behavioral health environment. Knowledge of NCQA, URAC and HEDIS standards is strongly preferred. MS Office proficiency is a must. Experience producing and analyzing data is desired. A licensed clinical (i.e., RN, PsyD, or Psychiatrist) is also preferred. Proficiency with Internet research is desired.
