Purchasing Services Manager

The Purchasing Services Manager will establish/expand our network of 3rd party sample suppliers and be an outsourcing broker. The ideal candidate must have corporate experience in procurement methods and procedures relating to a centralized purchasing function including buying, quality assurance and contract administration.

Responsibilities include execution/optimization of cost effective sample purchasing; negotiating competitive pricing; analyzing partner performance to optimize client satisfaction and maximize company margins; recruiting and managing third party suppliers; act as a liaison between sales and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a college degree or minimum 3 years work experience; experience in purchasing, market research is a plus; must have excellent negotiation skills, strong computer skills specifically Microsoft Office programs.
