Manage day-to-day sourcing activities for the SBUDevelop sourcing capacity to support 120% of production requirementsProvide leadership for the sourcing team in the areas of professional development, tactical buying techniques, and supporting customer expectationsYear over year cost savings to support business plansInteract professionally with other areas such as Engineering, Quality, Finance, and ManufacturingIndoctrinate ACE principles into daily activity and process development/improvementLead project team or multiple smaller teamsPrepares, monitors, and responsible for budget, staffing, and operational results of a functional team or projectDirectly manages individual contributors and indirectly support teams
