Property Manager

Responsible for managing a group of properties and fulfilling the manager’s obligations under the property’s management agreement.


Accountabilities

May be responsible for one or more of the following:
Perform all lease administration duties, monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings
Ensure compliance with Property Management Policies and Procedures, codes, regulations and governmental agency directives
Provide direction and leadership to Property Assistant and maintenance & security staff
Develop comprehensive annual inspection process for properties; complete quarterly inspections
Develop operating and capital budgets, track variances and ensure smooth recovery process
Bid, negotiate and manage conformity with vendor contracts
Maintain interface with third party owners, ensuring total contract compliance, including preparation of accurate and timely reporting
Provide and foster positive relationships with tenants and internal clients
Ensure compliance with national initiatives including PMDW, SiteStuff and the Playbook REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to appropriate 4-year college program
3+ years COMMERCIAL property management experience with demonstrated ability to exercise proper judgment is a must
CPM, RPA or CSM designation or in progress
Active Arizona Real Estate License
Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service
