Alexander Forrest Investments LLC (AFI) is a national property management company specializing in operating conventional multifamily residential property.

The Apartment Property Manager is responsible for all operations of the apartment or multi-family community with the primary objective of increasing the net operating income of the property. He/She is responsible for maintaining the physical asset, providing for a quality living environment for the community residents. Also will be expected to attract residents, establish residency, resolve resident dissatisfactions, and improve community reputation. Basic maintenance experience is required to provide assistance with painting, light electrical, and light plumbing.
