Project Manager/Program Manager

Daily Responsibilities: Responsible for guiding/managing the programmatic and technical oversight of major logistics and engineering support efforts and/or modification programs. Capable of managing and oversight of design, test, QA, and fabrication upgrades as well as all aspects of project execution management. Knowledgeable of ALC depot and intermediate repair/test policies. Additionally, the employee will develop and lead proposal activities for new work, brief engineering and technical capabilities to potential customers, and supervise other senior staff members. The employee will directly interface with senior SPO managers, engineers and technicians, and depot and field maintenance personnel. The employee will interface with and assist in oversight of the production activities of other Team member technical personnel. Required: Years of experience (min) 10+ Required: Degree None Required: Skills Bachelors w/emhasis in Engineering, Logistics, or Management - however 15 years of relevant experience may substitute degree
Must have high initiative and good interpersonal skills.
