Project Manager, Network Fraud/Security #7290

Basic Function:Manages projects, services, processes and systems in Network Secruity to assist Issuers, Acquirer(s), and Merchants with fraud prevention and loss mitigation. Assist with creating the infrastructure and strategies to be the most secure payments network. Assist Operations with enhancing current systems, developing new systems and/or processes, improving operating efficiencies, generating revenue, expanding reporting capabilities and analysis, and collaborating with other parts of the business; such as Business Technology.Essential Functions1.Assists the Sr. Manager with new fraud prevention initiatives and fraud awareness tools for Issuers, Merchants and Acquirer(s). Acts as liaison and assists with communicating fraud initiatives to the customers on the Network.
2.Manages new Network Security projects from start to finish utilizing the PDP process. Ability to document each phase of the PDP process. Acts as a lead in the testing, installation and implementation of enhancements.3.Supports current processes, systems and services to encourage usage, implement process improvements and system enhancements and document the cost benefit of the product. Produces, analyzes and maintains management reporting relating to all Network Security activities that they support.
4.Identifies, facilitates, and documents projects, services, processes and policy changes; such as Operating Regulations, Technical Specifications, Website Updates, and Fraud Awareness Marketing Collateral.
5.Produces, analyzes and maintains management reporting relating to all Network Security activities6. Manages vendor relationships, as necessary.
7. Ensures compliance to all internal and external audits. Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures, complies with firm’s Information Protection Policy.
