Project Manager / Interior Design

Experienced Project Manager for commercial Office Furniture dealership looking for their Orange County Office in Irvine and also a Project Manager for their West Los Angeles Office. This is a busy busy company and increasing their growth. Due to their increase in sales now looking for two Project Managers.

Previous dealership experience required.
Represent company and client/designer presentations.
Planning coordination.
Develop specifications and pricing.
Evaluate installation companies and submit RFQ for services, select vendors, negotiate terms.
Verification of field dimensions.
Negotiation of sales agreement terms.
Supervision of order entry.
Resolution of pricing discrepancies.
Attend project meetings and provide information to general contractors.
Supervise all aspects of installation.
Manage projects.
Manage assigned PA.

REQUIREMENTS
Need Project Managers with the following:

Industry experience of working with dealerships.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and multi-tasking.
Able to communicate clearly and effectively.
Display problem-solving skills.
Work well under pressure.
Read blueprints.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, CPA worksheet and the Internet.
Demonstrate a high level of proficiency on Knoll Exchange and Core (in house software).
BA or BS degree.
Five years industry experience.

Salary from $50k to $80k according to experience, plus bonus, plus benefits, plus expenses.
