Competitive compensation: Our compensation packages pay wages that are highly competitive with those paid for equivalent positions in the marketplace.
Retirement investment and savings plans: CTG’s 401(k) Retirement Plan is administered by MFS Financial Services. In your first year of employment, CTG contributes 50% of the first 4% of salary you invest in the plan. After 12 months, CTG also matches 50% of the next 2% you contribute. Paid vacation and holidays: Salaried employees earn from two to four weeks’ paid vacation each year, depending on length of service. We are looking to bring on a seasoned Project Manager to work a 90 day project at either our Philadelphia PA site or our Plano TX site. The project is a Siteminder upgrade from 5.5 to 6.0 for a large number of our clients. The selected candidate must be proficient with MS Project, project scheduling, resource management, and possess a PMP certification.
