Project Manager

The successful candidate must be creative, versatile, detail oriented and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills. This fast-paced and dynamic position requires the ability to successfully meet deadlines and manage multiple product developments and launch plans



We are seeking a hands-on manager who is able to execute the following:

•Create, document and manage master product development and launch plans
•Create the plan to execute the strategy while staying on time and on budget.
•Develop product budgets and track against forecast
•Establish and monitor project requirements, priorities, and deadlines
•Formulate the risk management plan by project and monitor risks
•Work with cross-functional teams to define levels of effort estimates
REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree and a minimum three (3) years work experience in project management preferably in a manufacturing arena; Project Mgt Certification a plus!
- Proven ability to develop and manage project timelines, resources and budget
- Seeking a multi-tasker with excellent organization and follow-through skills
- Demonstrated flexibility with changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Willingness to use all resources available to become expert in our products and services
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
