Project Controls Manager - CCI

This individual may have supervisory/lead responsibility over a group of project controls personnel or functions as a technical specialist who develops advanced concepts. Performs advanced techniques and analyses on all aspects of project control activities, including development of scope, schedule and budget data for assigned tasks; the creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and development of schedules and budget data (including resource loading) for those WBS elements. Collect, interpret and input schedule data into the project control database and provide output to the project team. Provide oversight in the development of a document management system that supports the management of all project correspondence. Assist in preparing status reports and other related project planning and controls documentation, including the collection, analysis, and presentation of regular information from major sub consultants. Interface with the project technical staff to define scope of work needed for change to budgets and schedules and identification of variance from the original plan. Assist in client and sub consultant invoices, together with managing and maximizing project margins.

Basic Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business or additional experience. Minimum 9 years experience. Software experience to include Primavera P3, Expedition or other estimating software.

Preferred Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business or a related field plus 9-15 years experience in a project control capacity. Prefer experience with Primavera products, Expedition, Welcom's Cobra and solid knowledge of construction scheduling and its’ integration with project control systems. Background check and drug test required.
