1. Provide excellent customer service! 2. Give exceptional customer service 3. Maintain consistency in food quality, recipes, and kitchen procedures. 4. Understand why our products are different from conventional stores', and be able to explain to customers. 5. Organize, stock, and rotate, while continuously checking and insuring freshness and quality of products. 6. Maintain backstock in good order. 7. Keep department continually clean, well maintained, and organized. 8. Uphold standards of cleanliness, and follow all rules and regulations of HACCP. 9. Comply with all applicable health and safety codes. 10. Respond to all Prepared Foods pages quickly and efficiently. 11. Attend all team and store meetings. 12. Perform other duties, as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Flexible schedule 2. Able to assess and maintain highest product quality. 3. Understand and be able to effectively maintain quality standards. 4. Able to perform physical requirements of position. 5. Knife handling skills. 6. Able to learn proper use of baler (18 years of age or older). 6. Able and willing to work well with others. 7. Able and willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the store, including nights and weekends as required. 8. Able to talk, work, and have fun at the same time.
