Manages policy & standards for housing authority owned rentals in establishing & maintaining uniformity in operation of housing projects. Studies operation of housing projects, notes trends and needs, and evaluates efficiency of housing programs. Req: Bachelors degree from 4yrs college or university; or 6yrs related experience &/or training; or equivalent combination of education & exp.
