Operations Manager - Indianapolis

Join Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions as the Operations Manager for Indianapolis!

The results-oriented candidate selected for this position will be responsible for P & L, daily operations and management of center staff and to provide leadership, guidance and support to ensure a culture of superior customer service for our test prep center. He or she will assist the center in delivering on revenue goals which contribute to the growth of Kaplan's college and pre-professional businesses.

Key job responsibilities:

Act as key driver of operating income via efficient processes, expense management and revenue
Manage the academic and part-time scheduling for Kaplan Student Advisors, instructors and tutors.
Assist in the planning and execution of Kaplan business growth by conducting class starts, instructor auditions and marketing events.
Supervision of administrative tasks such as payroll, accounts receivable and enrollment management

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
1-2+ years of direct management in a service-oriented environment, preferably retail
High energy level and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Problem solving, decision making and creative thinking abilities
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications and presentation skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States
