Job Description:
This position reports to the branch manager and is responsible for all operational functions of the branch.

Primary Responsibilities:
Oversees all aspects of the Chicago Branch from an operational perspective including: merchandise, equipment, and technical services.Interprets and provides training on all policies and procedures.Supports the sales staff and provides operational execution of sales and marketing initiatives.Evaluates Branch financial performance to identify areas of opportunity including: correcting deficiencies; coordinating and monitoring the reconciliation of physical inventory; reconcilation of the monthly branch general ledger; and assisting in the branch annual budget process.Acts as MIS liaison and key contact for all computer systems.Manages all departments to ensure superior customer service.Manages all personnel actions, investment and expense control and other general office administration.Complies with all federal, state and local agencies.Acts on behalf of the Branch Manager in his/her absence.

Job Qualifications:
High school diploma required - Four-year degree preferred.College training in general business or human resources is helpful.3 to 5 years of previous experience in the medical equipment field.Previous operational experience required.Training in finance or accounting helpful.Supervisory experience managing and motivating employees highly desirable.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
