We are seeking a candidate who has previous supervisory management experience and a degree in finance or accounting plus three to four years experience for our Office Manager/Controller position. In addition to managing an office the controller is responsible for directing Lanmar’s accounting functions. These functions include establishing and maintaining the company’s accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiative.

The candidate will prepare financial reports and evaluate budgets and other financial operating reports, and presents finding and recommendations to top management. Will be responsible for the tax planning, and compliance with all federal, state, payroll, and other applicable taxes. Must have strong general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, income tax and banking working knowledge. Excellent computer skills: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Must be able to communicate at every level of the organization. Strong knowledge around implementing and directing preprocess improvements and able to work efficiently in a fast moving aviation team environment.

Education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Four years accounting experience, and two to three years of audit experience, and a minimum of two years experience in office management.
