Medical Director Physician BC IM/FP needed by 20+yr old community health center and primary care practice loc. in rural Pima County, composed of 5 clinic sites, 5 school-based sites, and a provider staff of 10. Candidate should have extensive clinical and management exp. including fiscal mgmt, disease mgmt, peer review, credentialing and QI. Position incl 60% clinical practice and 15% coaching mentoring of provider team and 25% senior mgmt team administrative duties. This mission/service oriented not for profit needs expd leader w/sensitivity to local patient population, health disparities, and evidence-based medicine.
