Our 511 bed community teaching hospital has a state-of-the-art laboratory and we currently have an opportunity for a manager to be responsible for the overall operations of the microbiology and serology sections; assuring proper staffing, safety, quality control, compliance and general operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have full developed organizational skills, supervisory and communication skills are a must. Bachelor's degree in MT (ASCP or equivalent) with at least six years experience in the clinical laboratory and 3 years in a management capacity.
