Job Description:

To develop and implement strategic business solutions through research, audit and analysis of data and / or business processes.



Job Responsibilities:



Conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that may include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending and presenting information for strategic planning and management needs.
Support short and long term operational and/or strategic business activities.
Develop, enhance, and maintain budget or financial planning models, surveys and benchmarks.
Evaluate and present information in a manner that will facilitate management's understanding of the results and impact.
Develop, analyze and monitor new, routine and ad hoc reports.
Provide analytical support and expertise when compiling and reporting information.
Evaluate, interpret and analyze data and/or business process.
Develop and present recommendations and alternatives for management and executive review.
May recommend, implement, document, evaluate and/or maintain policies, procedures and controls.
Provide and/or interpret information and data across divisions and departments.
Assume responsibility for data integrity among various internal groups and/or between internal and external sources.
May lead and/or mentor associates.
May assist management and/or provide recommendations for development, training and input on performance appraisals.
May develop company/department strategic business plans and/or action plans including identification of objectives, goals and strategies.
Travel may be required.




Job Requirements:

Job Qualifications:
Leadership, facilitation, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills required.
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills required.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
BA/BS degree in Business or specialty of functional area (Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience).
5+ years experience in collecting, analyzing and presenting data and recommendations to management, as well as, conducting business studies and recommending solutions.
Knowledge of functional policies, procedures, processes, standards and / or legislative issues.
Math, accounting and / or financial principles.
Process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation processes.
Advanced skills in PC based software/database applications.
