Full Job Title: Manager, Integrated Disability Full time Department: Integrated Disability/Human Resources
Description of Job: Full programmatic responsibilities for the oversight, case management and day-to-day operations of the self insured Worker's Compensation and Disability programs. Will function as the internal expert interacting with all levels of the organization, manage and facilitate the claims process for Worker's Compensation and Disability program cases; manage the Return to Work programs; ensure organizational compliance with relevant OSHA and statutory requirements and create/build safety programs. Degreed clinical, nursing professional with a minimum of 5 years clinical experience and an additional 5 years specialized experience in Occupational Health and disability rehabilitation programs. Excellent analytical and data management skills and the demonstrated ability to develop programs are required. APRN, PA or MD preferred.
