HIGHLY COMPETITIVE PAY / RELOCATION/ / SIGN ON BONUSResponsibilities: Daily functional management of Emergency Department programs and services, and the measured results for all aspects of property management.Demonstrates active support of the Mission, Vision and Core Values of Northwest Medical Center.
Performs direct support service functions and activities as needed to achieve unit objectives.Participates on hospital Councils and Key Function Teams as appropriate for their unit.Skills: Acting with integrity, analyzing and interpreting financial data, computer literacy, gathering needed information, delegating and supporting teams, evaluating decisions/solutions, improving work process, making effective decisions.Effective human relations and oral/written communications skills. Measuring customer service and meeting customer needs. Partnering with customers/others, promoting NMC mission, vision and values. Utilizing communication channels and Valuing diversity.
REQUIREMENTSEducation: Associate's Degree minimum, Bachelor's Degree preferred. Master's Degree preferred.Experience: Five (5) years experience in the area of specialty, and two (2) years of supervisory experience.Certification/Licenses: Current AZ RN licensure required. BLS required. Recognized professional certification preferred.
