Manager; Customer Service, Repair

Purpose: A major manufacturer of controls for military applications is looking for a manager with repairs and returns experience to join their company in the city of Valencia.

Working with the Director of Manufacturing, the Manager of Customer Service, Repair and Returns will develop and maintain a high quality ?Repair and Returns? function. The successful candidate will have experience managing a ?Repair and Returns? department and be able to bring that knowledge to help us upgrade our processing of products returned for repair or upgrade.

In addition to the above experience, we would expect that the incumbent has worked in a military electronics development / manufacturing environment with a sophisticated MRP system: (SAP/CS would be helpful).

A BA/BS or the equivalent, is required, along with the demonstrated ability to flourish in this high-pressure customer-oriented environment.Classification:Direct PlacementCompensation:
