Manager, Care Team, RN

Org Marketing Statement The purpose of the Ambulatory Care Team Charge Nurse role is to promote and facilitate desired patient outcomes in the ambulatory setting. Assures clinical standards for ACES nursing, medical assistants, and other care team members are followed by all clinical staff. Oversees performance of clinical staff. Acts as a role model for AMAZE standards. Routinely monitors practice outcomes in collaboration with the Medical Director and Care Team Manager. Facilitates continuity of care through the nursing process, interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination of all appropriate health care services. Knowledgeable in scheduling and billing procedures for clinical activities.
Minimum Education: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado. Has the ability to meet the position requirements. Will be required to credential to Level III within 2 years.
Minimum Experience: 3 years experience in related clinical area; Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support provider card or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
Testing Required. Other Information Qualified candidates must have current Colorado Registered Nurse licensure
Conditions of EmploymentAs an Employee you will need to be able to exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
