RESTAUARNT GENERAL MANAGER(RGM):
The RGM works under the direction of the Market Leader. The RGM is responsible for the hands on day-to-day activities and the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring the successful implementation of Church's initiatives and programs, achieve or exceed all establish financial sales and profitability plan, all banking responsibilities and administrative responsibilities.
ASSISTANT RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER (AGM):
The AGM works under the direction of the RGM. The AGM is responsible for: the hands-on day-to-day activities and operation of the restaurant, assisting in ensuring the successful implementation of Church’s initiatives and programs, assist in achieving or exceeding all established financial sales and profitability plan, all banking and administrative responsibilities.
SHIFT LEADER (SL):
The SL role is a split role classification. The SL works under the direction of the RGM or the AGM. The SL is responsible for all management activities during his/her assigned shifts which includes but not limited to the overall operation of the restaurant during their assigned shifts, assisting in ensuring the successful implementation of Church’s initiatives and programs, assist in achieving or exceeding all established financial sales and profitability plan, all banking and administrative responsibilities. In the duel role classification, the employee will also be assigned to work shifts as a Team Member when not assigned to work as a Shift Leader. When working as a Team Member, the employee will receive a Team Member's rate of pay.
REQUIREMENTS
All Management employees must be able to meet the criteria on a background check and have access to a vehicle during work hours and proof of liability insurance, and a valid state driver's license. RGM and AGM must work a flexible schedule and be able to work a minimum of 48-55 hours per week. The SL must be able to work a flexible schedule and available to work twenty or more hours per week if required. All Management employees must be available to work days, nighs, and weekends; must be accessible by telephone; must have high school diploma or GED. The RGM must have 2 years of being a general manager in restaurant operations. The Assistant Manager must have a minimum of 6-12 months of supervisory experience preferable in the restaurant industry. The SL must have 4-6 months of supervisory experience preferable in the restaurant industry. All Management candidates must complete all training and make a passing score on all applicable test.
