You will train, develop and motivate a team of advertising Account Executives and monitor all sales activities to ensure success in exceeding business goals and objectives. You will work in conjunction with the Area Sales Manager to ensure compliance with business objectives, conduct performance reviews and establish criteria for disciplinary action. Responsibilities include client contact, strategic sales planning on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and sales reporting of business.Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have demonstrable research skills and possess a portfolio of experience that includes 3-5 years + sales management experience in media advertising sales in a highly competitive environment. Financial planning and reporting, computer functionality and the ability to manage multiple tasks to completion.
