REQUIREMENTS
Required Education/Training:Bachelor’s Degree in a science field.Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries.Familiarity with supply chain and manufacturing improvement, business process optimization, product development and launch, strategic rationalization, capital projects, and/or portfolio management projects.Knowledge and application of a disciplined project management process (Six Sigma and PMP certifications are a plus).Required Skills and Knowledge:
Strong interpersonal skills.Strong analytical capabilities.Strong technical aptitude and displayed ability to grasp a general knowledge of multiple disciplines and technologies.Ability to grasp strategic concepts and strategy development skills.Ability to effectively organize and structure activities.Ability to lead and facilitate multiple activities and resources.Good general understanding of business and financial principles.Professional and effective written and oral communication skills in the English language.Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct.Basic computer usage skills.Project work may require:Extended hours including weekend/holiday work.Interstate, intrastate, or international travel.Field exposure to various manufacturing, industrial, commercial, or institutional environments.
