The Learning Site Manager assists the College Director with the day-to-day educational objectives, plans and programs of the ITT Technical Institute learning site. The position also provides maintenance and control of occupancy-related issues and oversees the site’s faculty, staff, students and curricula.

Key Responsibilities
Serves as facilities manager maintaining the security of the building and overseeing the work of contractors and vendors, while monitoring supplies and equipment stock.Interviews and makes recommendation for hiring new employees.Observes and advises instructors on improvements of instructional methods and techniques.Assist College Director with policy and procedure implementation and problem resolution.Organizes and maintains administrative files and records.Provides instruction to classes as needed.Ensures at risk students are identified based on attendance records, grade reports and probationary status and will assist students appropriately.Monitors and identifies training needs.

REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience
A Bachelors degree in business or a related field is required, Masters preferred.At least 3 years of experience in a collegiate or student services environment with 2 of those in supervision.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, the Internet, and management system software.Evening hours required.Willingness to adapt and maintain a positive orientation to change and to learn new methodologies, technologies and systems.Superior interpersonal and communication skills required.Experience in organizing and writing reports and presentations of a technical nature.Proven educational or administrative experience in solving complex problems for individuals or teams.Proven record of multi-tasking and ability to handle a high pressure environment with significant timeline pressures.Ability to work with a variety of disciplines and levels of an organization.
