RESPONSIBILITES:

Corporate Level
ANDREGG GEOMATICS is seeking a Land Planning Manager to assume responsibilities related to managing a land planning department including business development, managing staff and performing tasks related to meeting client expectations. Implements corporate mission and vision statements; facilitates efficient operation of corporation by establishing team goals, assigning tasks, and monitoring accomplishments; solicits, develops, and maintains clients; establishes the team’s marketing objectives; provides fiscal management and planning, including preparation of annual team budgets; maintains public and professional relations; and other corporate responsibilities as assigned by the President, Chief Operations Officer, Board of Directors, and/or management team.

Team Level
Work on broad-based land use planning and land development projects, the responsibilities will be diverse and could include processing entitlements and plats, concept plans, and lot layouts. Independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard planning techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications. Assignment will have clear and specified objectives and require the investigation a variety of variables. Performance at this level requires extensive and varied experience.

Project Management
Strong Project Management skills, self motivated and will perform project management functions that include interacting with clients and agencies on all issues related to project scopes. Direct follow-up activities with clients of the firm; negotiate fees with input of Project Manager. Develop and sign project contracts; determine project schedule, budget, and scope of work with Project Manager. Monitor project design and construction with Project Manager and Technical Manager.

Prepares conceptual plans and/or land planning for various projects. Assists in the preparation of site feasibility studies and reports, in coordination with the project engineer. Assists in the preparation of submittal document to obtain permits and may include meeting with reviewers and coordinating plan changes with engineers.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. National Land Planning Designation desirable.

Experience: 10 plus years experience as a planner with strong management experience.
