Kitchen Supervisor

Great opportunity to take your culinary experience to the next level and join our team as a Kitchen Supervisor. We are a 318-room full service hotel located in the central part of San Diego.

Will assist the Kitchen Manager in supervising a team of 11. Will assist in maintaining cleanliness standards, menu presentation, delegate task to team, insure banquet events are served in a timely manner and insure great customer service to internal and external customers. In addition will train and insure employees are in compliance of all policies.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have at least 3 years of culinary experience working in either a fast pace restaurant or hotel restaurant. Must be familiar with all areas of the kitchen and must have at least been a line cook or sous chef. Great attitude, flexible availability, good leadership skills, organized and detail oriented.
