Regular Full-Time employees are scheduled to work at least forty (40) hours per calendar week for an indefinite period of time.

Job Responsibilities: Inside Channel Manager (ICM)
Overall responsibility is to drive partners to increase volume of new sales in the QBPP channel. The ICM will do this through direct, daily telephone contact with the partner and their sub agents.
Opportunities to be involved in customer facing transactions will be pursued. This position will have direct accountability for helping the channel meet or exceed it’s customer retention goals and objectives.
Occasional face-to-face visits with partners may be needed/required.
Telesales activity will include funnel management, opportunity and business development, DM/POM involvement, management of channel integration opportunities, accountability for sales quota and managing partners to their accountability for their sales commitments, augment channel communications with follow-ups about applicable promotions, contests, initiatives, etc.
Acts as liaison for billing disputes, commission issues, etc.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
3 - 5 years in a telesales environment including business to business and channel experience Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Ability to exceed quota through 3rd party sales Detailed knowledge of channel integration Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, account relationship focus and negotiating skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Preferred Job Qualifications: Knowledge and understanding of all Qwest business products and services including complex orders Understanding of the Qwest Business Partner Program processes, systems and sales strategy approach a plus Familiarity with discretion and pricing/offer management processTake the next step to a great career with Qwest!
