Information Assurance Manager

Key Role:Develop and analyze Information Assurance (IA) requirements and designs for DoD systems, including IA, security architectures, and cryptographic device development. Provide security engineering processes and interact with military program managers. Work with developers of space-based systems. Provide security certification and engineering for DoD systems and networks. Identify system security requirements, participate in the design of system security architecture, and prepare SSAA and security CONOPS in accordance with IA controls. Work on IA issues that span across multiple disciplines for major acquisition programs.



Job Requirements













Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with IA required

-Experience with Microsoft Windows, C&A, system and security test and evaluation, risk assessment, and systems security plans required

-Knowledge of the program protection planning approach, including IA and systems security engineering

-Knowledge of the IA certification and accreditation processes and how certification can be achieved on large-scale programs

-Ability to obtain a Secret clearance required

-BS or BA degree required



Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with leadership

-Experience with SBIRS or GPS preferred

-Experience with Booz Allen preferred
