IT Service Manager
Business Unit: GE MoneyFunction: Information TechnologyResponsibilities: Responsible for Operations & Infrastructure Service Management including:
incident management and change management.
working with with P&Ls for project and operational support.
working closely with CIOs and IT Leader Operations & Infrastructure to continually manage P&L needs - escalating and resolving issues.
Working closely with Operations & Infrastructure team to ensure execution for P&Ls.~HJ~
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: *Technical depth - ability to understand technical requirements of projects, particularly in regards to Operations and Infrastructure deliverables.
Strong business acumen and leadership experience - proven track record of acting as a strategic IT business partner with senior leadership.
Proven ability to influence and interact effectively with senior level clients and business leaders.
Superior decision-making and client relationship skills.
Superior oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage expectations of the business, clients, team members, management and external groups.
Minimum of six years experience in information systems.
Understanding of technical architecture and strategies of GECF - Americas systems.
Ability to analyze, use structured problem solving and available tools to quickly evaluate problems, identify root cause, action plans, impact and resolution options.
Six Sigma - Green Belt Certification minimum.
Bachelor's degreeDesired: *Graduate degree in related field
