Halla Climate Systems Alabama located in Shorter Alabama is a progressive supplier and manufacturer of automotive components including front end modules and HVAC systems. Due to rapid expansion we are searching for committed, team oriented people to join us in the following positions.MP&L Manager - Responsible for the management activities of the Materials Planning and Logistics department. Working in a team environment, the MP&L Manager provides leadership and direction in warehousing, inventory control, internal distribution of materials, projecting material needs, scheduling, shipping and receiving. The manager plays a key role in developing and executing continual improvement initiatives including: budget planning, cost reductions, inventory turns, delivery performance and strategic planning. The ideal candidate displays strong leadership skills, has 3-5 years demonstrated experience in improving materials metrics, and has hands on experience in implementing materials information systems, preferably with SAP experience. A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Inventory Control Analyst - Schedules and monitors shipment plans from suppliers to ensure sufficient inventory of products to satisfy customer's needs. Analyzes inventory levels, accuracy and assists in resolving inventory discrepancies. Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures to maintain an efficient and accurate inventory level.
