As a Human Resources Representative, you will ensure Target is a place people are excited to come to work for each day.See yourself:
handling all escalated team member concerns in a timely mannerinvestigating EEO-related and wage and hour claimsadministering coaching and corrective action and leaves of absence consistent with company policy handling federal charges in a timely manneraddressing and resolving employee relation issues for all exempt and non-exempt team members in stores.

Additional responsibilities include training, succession planning, coaching and development of team members and ensuring that store team relations programs are administered appropriately.

Job Requirements
