Bring your talents here where enormous possibilities await your imagination, drive and passion for providing a premier entertainment experience.The Guest Services Supervisor will oversee the operational and responsibility needs of Guest Services by developing policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and flawless operation of the area. The Supervisor will coach, develop, reward, and discipline direct reports as needed, as well as provide sales support for the Guest Services Sales Manager. The Supervisor will be required to perform Entry 1 duties responsible for the day-to-day operation of the front Entrance area, which includes all employees, guests, and facilities needs.Responsibilities include:
Complete ownership of the Turnstiles, Stroller & Wheelchair and Guest Services/Will call areas
Ensure policies & procedures are being followed by the employees
Maintain correct number of employees on the schedule to run the USH business and ensure employees are scheduled to work in the correct areas they have been trained for or are allowed to work
Attend company safety meetings and communicate all information back to the Guest Services Team
Ensure all safety quizzes are completed to 100% for assigned area
Complete Supervisor Reports, Coaching Reports, and Inventory Reports accurately so the team has the ability to go back and look up any information needed for a particular day
Administer any necessary discipline actions within 14 days, to meet contractual obligations
Manage a budget

Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2 yrs of experience in a management roleElgibility Requirements:
